Yes! Sunday is business as usual for us. There is no surcharge or added fee for moving on a Sunday.

We use a variety of vehicles from our fleet depending on the job.

For a standard job we should have a space for you. However, if the job requires multiple experts for loading and unloading, we cannot allow you to ride with us if it is unsafe to do so.

We can! We can donate items to local charities on your behalf, or failing that, we have contracts in place for ethical and environmentally friendly professional disposal.

We have the resources available to us to cater for last minute jobs. Get In Touch, and providing we have the slots available we’ll be happy to get you moving.

Yes! As long as we have you booked in we’re happy to work around your schedule as best as we can.

No, we work around the clock. Providing we have a vehicle available for you at your requested time, we can accommodate most times.

Generally , we will schedule our crew the day prior to the move to start packing. Smaller moves are usually packed and completed in a day if this suits your requirements.

We have £50,000 worth of content insurance, a copy of our policy is provided via email before we start the move.

Our staff are thoroughly trained, we do not use porters. We only use crews that have gone through rigorous training, from packing china, cutlery, mirrors to electronics and so on.

Yes! Upon request our staff will take the greatest of care to safely dismantle and/or assemble any furniture which requires it. Each vehicle keeps a tool box to hand for this very purpose.

Only accept staff members who are wearing our branded uniforms from top to toe. We pride ourselves towards being professional and presentable.

Yes! There will always be a specified move manager who will take care of your move. He may or may not be part of the day move crew, but is only a phone call away.

Our hourly rate starts the moment we arrive at your property, and ends as soon as we’ve had confirmation the last item has been unloaded in your new property.

Of course! If you expect your relocation to take multiple days please let us know and we’ll happily discuss a day rate as opposed to an hourly rate.
